Taking The Time To Breathe

It takes more than just routine breathing to let some air sink into your lungs. Breathing as you all know, is essential to life. A deep breath in the morning clears the lungs and surprisingly the mind too.

As you get out of the door for the day, whether in the wintry weather, the rainy season or the dry Harmattan, open your nostrils and take a deep breath. Clear your head and get ready for the rest of the day!
