Introducing Marble Gourmet: How to Make What Do You Call This?

I'm thinking more about what I eat recently and really have been thinking more towards the gourmet foods. You know when you get older and wiser, you want to eat healthier too. Sometimes, it's difficult to adapt to the Nigerian world after a spell abroad, So, while you are here awhile, you dive into the Naija eba, fufu heavy heavy food and forgo and forgive your Yankee cravings. 

I've been lately craving some pizza but all I see here in my neighbourhood have been bread, meat pie, egg roll, cakes and other pastries. Anyway, I got to buy a few ingredients in the market and made me some pizza kinda thing. I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out but I loved what I eventually made! You want some? Hehe.... You won't believe what you stumble upon when trying to do another thing. Many of the world's inventions were 'mistakes.' Whatever.

So, I pretty much made a pizza dough. Can you make that? Let me tell you how. But hey! This is a quick blog post. I used (sifted) flour, yeast, sugar, salt, veggie oil, warm water, bowl and my hands. OK, look up how to make pizza dough. Aight, if you want to do your own job instead of making do with a frozen store bought pizza dough check this out. It's hard pretty job. Good luck.


Aside the dough, I added the tomato and onion kinda like pizza but in my own way. I wonder what I'll get to do next in this segment but let's keep it going. So goodie yum yum.
